Classic Gluten-Free Meatloaf with Ketchup Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
