Creamed Spinach (naturally GF)

A simple and delicious creamed spinach recipe that’s naturally gluten-free. It’s creamy, flavorful, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  7. Serve warm.
