- 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, then season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
