  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, Gruyère, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
