Gluten-Free Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. Add milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mash until smooth.
