Gluten-Free Macaroni & Cheese (using GF pasta)

A creamy gluten-free macaroni and cheese made with gluten-free pasta for a delicious and safe meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook gluten-free macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in gluten-free flour to make a roux.
  4. Slowly add milk, stirring continuously until smooth.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted.
  6. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Mix well.
  7. Serve warm.
