Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers & Onions

A simple and delicious gluten-free meal made with sausage, peppers, and onions cooked together on a sheet pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice sausage, peppers, and onions into even pieces.
  3. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano on a sheet pan.
  4. Spread in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Serve hot.
